Support AFLCMC/ESS in configuration management, technical order lifecycle, provisioning/NSN/DLA processing, logistics supportability analysis, GFE inventory, and field/depot technical support to maintain system baselines and readiness.

Provide systems engineering and technical leadership across acquisition lifecycle: architecture, requirements translation, MBSE, test & evaluation, trade studies, risk/configuration management, logistics support, and integration for Air Force electronic systems. Develop milestone artifacts, perform analyses, reviews, and technical recommendations to support modernization, fielding, and sustainment.

Lead and execute Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition programs for Air Force C2 systems supporting Qatar. Manage acquisition planning, coordinate with DoD and international partners, assess cost/schedule/performance, prepare RFPs and briefings, support program reviews, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations. Serve as program office representative and ensure program execution aligned with mission requirements.
