Lead cross-functional vehicle development programs, manage timelines, risks, budgets and BOM cost targets, coordinate stakeholders, communicate with partners/customers, champion safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement for autonomous vehicle platforms.

Design, operate, and scale ML data and training pipelines for autonomous driving. Build distributed training, orchestration, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code; maintain data/metadata stores and tooling to support large-scale model training and evaluation across cloud and cluster environments.

Lead a team of safety engineers to define and execute AV safety strategy across development, simulation, testing, and deployment. Apply UL4600/ISO standards, develop safety cases, set safety metrics (SPI), manage safety plans and artifacts, train engineers, and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to validate ML models and ADS integration for safe public-road operation.
