Supports executive and management leaders in Transplant Surgery by managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, documents, files, office supplies, equipment, and administrative operations. Coordinates agendas, minutes, action items, projects, and events while serving as a stakeholder contact. Provides guidance to junior staff and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a healthcare environment.

Leads administrative operations and executive support for the Office of the COO. Supervises administrative professionals, manages executive scheduling and communications, standardizes workflows, allocates resources, and improves service quality. Partners with Digital and HR to implement productivity technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and automation. Supports change management, workforce planning, process improvement, and shared administrative services across the organization.

Supports daily operations for the Bridges to Moms program through administrative coordination, documentation, event planning, data entry and analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Helps pregnant and postpartum participants access education, job training, and certificate programs aligned with career goals. Maintains program records, supports workshops and outreach activities, gathers feedback, and contributes to program improvements. The role is hybrid, full-time, and does not involve patient care.
