Provides full-time outpatient physiatry and pain-management care for approximately 25–30 patients daily. Responsibilities include managing chronic pain conditions, performing procedures, collaborating with other providers, and reviewing nurse practitioner notes. The role has no on-call requirement and follows a Monday-through-Friday clinic schedule.

Provides full-time clinical care for patients with chronic pain conditions, seeing 25–30 patients daily. Responsibilities include performing procedures, collaborating with other providers, and reviewing nurse practitioner notes. The role has no on-call requirement and follows a fixed Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates must be MDs or DOs who are board certified or board eligible in interventional or general pain management.

Provides direct remote telepsychiatry care for adults and older adults with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and dementia. Leads and mentors psychiatric nurse practitioners through supervision, case reviews, team huddles, and education. Performs psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and crisis intervention; collaborates with primary care and care management teams; supports behavioral health program development, process improvement, recruitment, and onboarding. Participates in limited rotating on-call coverage.
