Leads and mentors psychiatric nurse practitioners through supervision, case reviews, team huddles, and education. Performs psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and crisis intervention; collaborates with primary care and care management teams; supports behavioral health program development, process improvement, recruitment, and onboarding. Participates in limited rotating on-call coverage.

Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, delivers evidence-based interventions, coordinates with psychiatrists and primary care providers, supports patients and caregivers, responds to urgent needs, and documents care in the EHR.

Provides remote psychiatric care, including mental health evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, psychotherapy, medication management, diagnostic test interpretation, and ongoing patient monitoring. The PMHNP collaborates with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals; maintains clinical records; participates in care meetings; and applies current psychiatric-mental health research and best practices.

Provides clinical leadership for a psychiatry pod serving patients with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and dementia. Supervises psychiatric nurse practitioners and multidisciplinary behavioral health staff, conducts case reviews, coordinates care with primary care and community providers, and supports hiring and training. Manages a patient panel through diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, medication management, crisis intervention, outcome monitoring, and telehealth follow-up. Participates in clinical programming, process improvement, and a limited rotating on-call schedule.
