Provide legal counsel for Mercer’s global private markets and hedge fund-of-funds products and SMAs, overseeing deal negotiations, external counsel, fund formation, regulatory and tax structuring, Investment Advisers Act compliance, and managing a team supporting private funds transactions across jurisdictions.

The Innovation Architect identifies and develops innovation opportunities, conducting research, managing the innovation process, creating use cases, and developing business cases to support decision-making.
