Own and operate production database infrastructure at scale, ensuring monitoring, performance, reliability, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. Optimize MySQL configurations, queries, schemas, indexes, and execution plans. Automate maintenance, execute upgrades and migrations, investigate incidents, improve documentation, and partner with software engineers on scalable database practices. The role also provides technical guidance to junior team members and supports cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Lead the iOS platform technical direction, design and implement native iOS features using Swift, collaborate with Android on shared logic via Kotlin Multiplatform, mentor engineers, improve CI/CD and testing, resolve production issues, and drive architecture and release processes for mission-critical public safety apps.
