Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest service and consistent product quality. Conduct shift meetings, train and coach staff, manage labor and inventory, assist with opening/closing, enforce safety, sanitation and alcohol policies, handle guest issues and comping, and support management in maintaining service standards.
