Develops internal sales and relationships with registered investment advisors, manages advisor channels, and grows sales of wealth management and investment products. Responsibilities include prospecting high-AUM RIAs, managing regional relationships, tracking activities and KPIs in CRM, achieving sales targets, presenting seminars, supporting external sales partners, and sharing sales and business development strategies.

Leads enterprise knowledge governance and learning initiatives across Global People Services. Responsibilities include auditing and improving employee-facing content, coaching content owners, developing training materials, facilitating workshops, assessing learning needs, supporting process and technology adoption, and enabling operational readiness. The role also measures learning effectiveness, supports change initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in knowledge quality, employee self-service, and service delivery outcomes.

Conduct approximately 60 daily outbound calls to financial advisors, educate prospects on investment products, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for external sales representatives. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate on lead handoffs, meet contact and appointment targets, and continuously improve product knowledge and sales communication. The role requires securities licenses, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a high-volume calling environment.
