Lead and scale the higher-education sales team as a player-coach: carry a reduced quota, run full sales cycles, drive pipeline hygiene and forecasting, coach reps, build operating rhythms, align cross-functionally, and hire as the team transitions to full-time people leadership. Leverage AI (Gong, Salesforce AI, Claude, Starbridge) to improve selling and coaching effectiveness.

Provide virtual therapy to college students as an independently licensed 1099 clinician. Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI), complete biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments, manage risk, document clinical encounters in the EHR, collaborate with campus providers and internal teams, and participate in training and consults to support student mental health.
