Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI), complete biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments, manage risk, document clinical encounters in the EHR, collaborate with campus providers and internal teams, and participate in training and consults to support student mental health.

Own and grow a portfolio of university partners by driving renewals, expansions, and satisfaction. Deliver data-driven executive presentations and QBRs, coordinate cross-functional teams, guide implementations and change management, and meet revenue targets while using AI tools to scale workflows.
