The Staff Software Engineer will architect and implement core services and systems, provide technical leadership, and mentor engineers while focusing on scalable, high-performance software development.

Lead architecture, implementation, and optimization of Azure cloud infrastructure across multiple subscriptions. Build IaC standards and automation, mentor engineers, support mission-critical applications, improve deployment speed and cost control, monitor system health, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, secure, production-grade systems.

Lead a team of 4 to 6 software engineers, driving operational, technical, and communication efforts to deliver impactful software solutions in healthcare technology.
