Leads aerospace software certification planning and execution, develops DO-178C processes and documentation, manages certification artifacts, oversees verification and traceability, supports regulatory audits, mitigates compliance risks, and coordinates engineering teams, authorities, and customers. Requires substantial aerospace certification experience, expertise in DO-178C or DO-254, safety assessment knowledge, strong technical writing, leadership, and external audit experience.

Manages the full contract lifecycle for customer, partner, vendor, and commercial agreements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and closing SaaS, software licensing, services, procurement, reseller, and subcontractor contracts. The role assesses legal and commercial risks, negotiates key provisions, supports sales objectives, maintains contract templates and playbooks, coordinates internal stakeholders, escalates significant issues, and tracks contractual obligations and milestones.

Develop and improve embedded graphics and compute drivers, customize products for embedded hardware and real-time operating systems, and profile and optimize drivers and applications. Write and review technical specifications while collaborating on reliable, high-quality safety-critical solutions. The role requires embedded software development, debugging, troubleshooting, and familiarity with graphics APIs, ARINC 653, and safety-critical development practices.
