Manage and administer the companys export compliance program (EAR, ITAR), third-party risk, CUI policies, and support government contracting (FAR/DFARS). Review solicitations and contracts, enter and verify contract data, drive cross-functional compliance, oversee external advisors, and deliver training and reporting to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role involves leading the architecture and implementation of hypervisor features, mentoring engineers, and driving technical vision for Lynx's Mosaic platform.

Lead capture and proposal lifecycle for strategic aerospace, defense, and safety-critical software opportunities. Develop capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, and teaming approaches. Manage end-to-end proposals, write executive and technical content, ensure compliance with government acquisition and export controls, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to increase win rates and grow strategic pipeline.
