Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI/GPU capabilities across CoreSuite and MOSA.ic AI. Translate market and customer needs into prioritized requirements, drive cross-functional execution, engage customers and partners, validate product direction, and ensure deployable ecosystem and adoption in safety-critical industries.

Lead design and ownership of an Azure-based production AI platform: integrate and standardize LLM tooling (orchestration, observability, prompt/versioning), build secure backend and CI/CD IaC pipelines, harden production operations, enable auditable regulated workflows, and mentor engineers to ensure reliable, traceable AI-assisted certification workflows.

Provides technical leadership for designing, developing, optimizing, porting, and certifying GPGPU and AI inference libraries built on Vulkan SC drivers. The role targets embedded GPU platforms such as Arm Mali and Intel, maintains AI model testing infrastructure, defines validation standards, supports customer deployments, and troubleshoots drivers. It also involves documentation, competitive analysis, cross-functional architecture decisions, mentoring, onboarding, and exploring emerging AI compute capabilities.

The role involves leading the architecture and implementation of hypervisor features, mentoring engineers, and driving technical vision for Lynx's Mosaic platform.

Lead capture and proposal lifecycle for strategic aerospace, defense, and safety-critical software opportunities. Develop capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, and teaming approaches. Manage end-to-end proposals, write executive and technical content, ensure compliance with government acquisition and export controls, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to increase win rates and grow strategic pipeline.

Lead FP&A for Lynx: manage OPEX budgeting, forecasting, variance/headcount analysis, KPI reporting, improve planning tools/automation, support strategic initiatives, M&A, and partner with functional leaders to drive financial performance.

Serve as an embedded Linux expert on customer projects: design and refactor real-time architectures, develop Linux kernel drivers, debug low-level hardware/software issues, optimize kernel performance, collaborate with customers and internal teams, lead technical efforts, produce high-quality deliverables, and create technical proposals to support product lifecycle and certification.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional software engineering team to deliver OS features for mission-critical edge systems. Manage timelines, risks, contractors, and resource allocation while ensuring safety, compliance (e.g., DO-178C), code quality, and Agile processes in certification-driven environments.
