The Selling Specialist drives sales through education, builds relationships with Sephora stores, and fosters brand perception for MAKE UP FOR EVER.

Drive sales across assigned Sephora stores through consumer selling, coaching, education, events, inventory support, and visual merchandising. Build strong relationships with store teams, develop sales strategies, optimize selling staff productivity, deliver brand and product training, monitor gondola execution and stock levels, report performance, and manage calendars and administrative requirements. The role requires Tuesday-Saturday availability, travel between stores, driving, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
