Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise voice solutions throughout the presales lifecycle. Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept validation, proposals, and customer presentations. Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to develop opportunities and close business. Provide training, playbooks, architecture guidance, and competitive positioning while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to improve offerings and influence the roadmap.

Manages the full life cycle of 3–4 telecommunications products, from concept and development through launch, enhancement, and retirement. Collaborates with engineering, sales, operations, procurement, legal, marketing, and vendors to define requirements, deliver connectivity solutions, support RFPs, train teams, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. Oversees product strategy, KPIs, pricing, technical documentation, enablement, launches, and customer-focused improvements across multiple markets.
