Drive technical sales engagements with healthcare organizations by conducting discovery, mapping workflows, delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and designing tailored solutions. Advise sales teams and customers on EHR integrations, patient access workflows, revenue cycle processes, APIs, HL7, FHIR, and webhooks. Collaborate with product, marketing, and stakeholders to improve offerings and support go-to-market initiatives.

Manage customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition. Responsibilities include overseeing scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, project meetings, status reporting, issue escalation, and delivery process improvements. The role partners with Solution Consultants and technical teams without owning solution design, coordinates internal and customer stakeholders, and ensures successful SaaS platform adoption, particularly for enterprise and regulated healthcare customers.

Drive growth through high-volume, multichannel prospecting to clinics and health systems. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, handle objections, book qualified meetings, and meet pipeline and meeting quotas. Collaborate with account executives and Marketing, maintain accurate Salesforce records, share market insights, and continuously improve through coaching. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and offers a path toward account executive or leadership positions.
