Leads LucyRx’s strategic client success function across its PBM portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, renewals, growth, and profitability. Builds executive client relationships, oversees account strategies and renewal plans, manages escalations, develops client success leaders, and establishes performance standards. Partners with Sales, Operations, Clinical, Product, and Finance teams to represent client needs, improve value realization, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Manage and grow healthcare and PBM client relationships, lead account strategies and renewals, negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalated issues, support RFPs and onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and business growth.

Manages client relationships for pharmacy benefit management services, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include resolving issues, providing pharmacy benefits consulting, supporting implementations and renewals, monitoring performance, preparing analytical reviews, and improving service delivery. Requires strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, and pharmacy operations knowledge, with travel of up to 10% annually.
