Part-time retail sales role delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences: engage and educate customers, meet sales goals, manage quotes/closings, maintain merchandising and store operations, perform outreach, handle transactions, and assist with omni-channel and occasional travel. Must perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs.

Provide an engaging in-store customer experience, meet sales goals, demo products, manage quotes and closings, perform customer outreach, support store operations (opening/closing, inventory, merchandising), follow company policies, handle transactions and sensitive data, assist omni-channel customers, and perform physical tasks including moving furniture and occasional travel to local stores/vendors.

Provide welcoming, customer-focused in-store sales support using Lovesac selling techniques. Drive sales, meet KPIs, demo products, manage quotes and transactions, maintain visual merchandising and store operations, perform outreach, assist across omni-channel and remote shifts, handle inventory and occasional travel, and follow company policies to ensure a safe, high-quality customer experience.
