Be a founding Forward Deployed Engineer partnering with customers to design, prototype, and ship AI-powered full-stack solutions. Translate user workflows into platform improvements, own projects end-to-end, influence product and technical roadmap, and help define the FDE function.

Design, operate, and optimize enterprise B2B lifecycle and demand-gen programs using HubSpot and AI-driven personalization. Build adaptive, rules-based or algorithmic journeys across channels, run experiments measuring true incremental impact, partner with Data/GTM/Product, and ensure lifecycle messaging is timely, relevant, and on-brand.
