Own deployments and outcomes for strategic enterprise accounts using Lorikeet’s AI customer-support product. Lead implementation plans, executive relationships, procurement and security reviews, product adoption, retention, and expansion. Investigate customer problems using APIs, logs, and usage data; build, test, and deploy improvements; and partner with engineering and product teams. Coach other forward-deployed product managers and create repeatable playbooks based on cross-customer insights.

Own customer deployments and growth accounts for an AI customer-support product. Lead implementation plans, launch customers, improve and deploy product changes, teach customer teams to manage the platform, identify expansion opportunities, and provide evidence-based product feedback. The role combines product management, implementation, customer success, technical investigation, and account growth, using AI tools, APIs, conversation logs, and usage data.
