The role remains hands-on while overseeing platform stability, auditability, observability, and continuous product improvement.

Lead revenue operations for the sales organization: forecasting, quota setting, sales process optimization, reporting, CRM enablement, training, incentive compensation administration, and cross-functional coordination to improve sales productivity.
