Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, government contracting, and business operations roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, supporting federal onboarding and background requirements, maintaining Greenhouse records, and improving recruiting workflows and reporting. The role also supports People Operations, business development, staffing, and administrative initiatives in a growing government contracting business.

The Solution Architect will design and implement cloud-native solutions, collaborate on automation, and modernize applications while ensuring security compliance and delivering business insights.

Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow custom and scoped applications, integrations, and workflows. Support CI/CD, troubleshooting, code reviews, platform administration, and mentor citizen developers while collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
