Own the architecture and engineering of LiveKit’s go-to-market systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, enrichment pipelines, data flows, and agentic workflows. Lead build-versus-buy decisions, vendor evaluations, roadmap planning, observability, change management, and CPQ-to-billing automation. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Legal, IT, and Engineering while mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards for reliable, scalable GTM infrastructure.

Design developer tools for testing, evaluating, debugging, and observing AI voice agents. Translate dense real-time data into clear interfaces, create AI-native interaction patterns, prototype in code, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to design systems for technical debugging workflows.

Own 8–10 full-cycle technical recruiting searches for engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, closing senior and staff-level hires, and improving recruiting systems and candidate experience. The role requires strong technical recruiting expertise across infrastructure, backend, developer tools, open source, or AI, plus the ability to implement thoughtful AI-enabled recruiting practices.
