Supports school leadership, classroom operations, child supervision, curriculum implementation, family communication, staff coaching, compliance, licensing, enrollment, staffing, and safety standards. The role assists teachers, documents child development, maintains a nurturing and compliant environment, supports professional development, and acts as management representative when the School Director is absent.

Supports the School Director, certified teachers, children, families, and staff in maintaining a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate childcare environment. Responsibilities include classroom operations, child supervision, curriculum and sustainability implementation, mandated reporting, family communication, staff supervision, training, compliance, licensing, enrollment, scheduling, and operational performance. The role may act as management representative in the Director’s absence and requires leadership in early childhood education and school operations.
