Design, configure, develop, and implement custom and baseline ServiceNow applications. Provide architectural guidance, maintain platform stability, script business rules/client scripts/ACLs/workflows, support rollouts, analyze and improve system performance, collaborate with business and technical partners, and support multiple instances and domains in an Agile/Scrum environment for federal clients.

Lead requirements gathering and process design for federal clients, translate mission needs into ServiceNow user stories and functional specs, ensure federal compliance (Section 508, FISMA/NIST), mentor junior staff, conduct UAT, create SOPs/training, and maintain backlog quality within Agile teams.

Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, Service Portal). Build complex workflows, UI components, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub), and automation using JavaScript/GlideScript/Flow Designer. Ensure security, scalability, and performance; mentor developers; collaborate with stakeholders in Agile ceremonies; troubleshoot, document architectures, and maintain compliance and RBAC.
