It requires advanced academic preparation, editorial expertise, publishing relationship skills, and active involvement in an evangelical Christian church. The position is remote in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville.

Edits and refines video content for curriculum, marketing campaigns, live events, and internal communications. Responsibilities include narrative editing, audio mixing, color correction, sound design, integrating graphics and footage, managing post-production files, coordinating reviews, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with producers, designers, and creative teams. The role also contributes to peer coaching and process improvements and requires occasional travel to Nashville.

Lead complex Bible and reference book typesetting across print and digital formats. Responsibilities include advanced Adobe InDesign layouts, XML workflows, pagination, cross-references, footnotes, prepress preparation, ePub and PDF conversion, accessibility compliance, quality control, documentation, and collaboration with editorial, design, and production teams. The role also identifies workflow improvements and supports automation and XML tagging efficiencies. It is remote in the U.S. with travel to Middle Tennessee two to four times annually.
