Drive clinical and enterprise strategic initiatives from planning through implementation. Create and maintain project plans, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, report to leadership, support change management and training, and use operational data and continuous improvement methods to optimize clinical workflows and outcomes.

Lead and develop a field-based team of Clinician Liaisons to drive referral growth through territory outreach, coaching, account expansion, and data-driven performance management using Salesforce and reporting tools. Partner with clinical and operations teams to align demand with clinician capacity and ensure consistent execution of sales strategy.

Lead end-to-end clinical onboarding for hires from signed agreement through Week 1. Assess readiness, manage high-volume caseloads, resolve onboarding barriers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure compliance and state-specific requirements, and support operational transition and reporting.
