May involve driving between businesses for marketing activities.

Supervise daily operations of a seasonal tax office, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, compliance, customer service, reporting, and performance management. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of office staff. Monitor tax preparation accuracy, resolve client concerns, maintain documentation, and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives. The role requires evening and weekend availability during peak tax season.
