Participate in a rotational analyst development program focused on using data and technology to analyze performance trends, identify business opportunities, and support insurance operations. Complete training, mentorship, and rotational assignments while developing strategic, technical, analytical, communication, and business skills. Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Snowflake, Power BI, and emerging AI technologies to generate business insights.

Provides expert underwriting guidance and referral approval for large construction casualty programs, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, excess, OCIP, and CCIP placements. Evaluates coverage, exposure, pricing, portfolio performance, and financial decisions; advises underwriting leadership; improves technical frameworks and underwriter capabilities; and collaborates with claims, actuarial, reinsurance, brokers, and customers.

Manages routine to moderately complex Personal Injury Protection and Medical Payment claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include determining coverage and eligibility, evaluating damages, medically managing claims, setting reserves, paying medical bills, referring claims for subrogation or investigation, and negotiating settlements. The role interacts with claimants, policyholders, providers, attorneys, and other parties while maintaining an assigned claims inventory and meeting regulatory, client, and service requirements.
