Own the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and growth of LeoLabs’ Space Domain Awareness software product. Translate customer, mission, and market needs into product requirements and priorities; partner with Engineering through development and launch; define packaging, pricing, positioning, and metrics; and support Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. The role requires space or national-security industry experience, strong technical and commercial judgment, customer engagement skills, and periodic domestic and international travel.

Six-month SkillBridge apprentice providing recruiting administration and operational support. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews across time zones, managing candidate logistics, maintaining Greenhouse records, generating reports, auditing data, tracking action items, and supporting recruiting projects and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while transitioning military experience into corporate recruiting and business operations.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews across time zones, maintaining accurate applicant tracking system data, and providing recruiting insights. The six-month SkillBridge apprenticeship offers transitioning service members hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR processes, recruiting tools, and candidate engagement while supporting the Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy.
