The Senior IT Manager will lead the IT department, develop strategies, manage a team, and ensure IT initiatives support business growth. Responsibilities include IT operations, security compliance, and managing IT resources across locations.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team with emphasis on backend architecture, PostgreSQL database design, API development and optimization, scalable distributed systems, code quality, and operational excellence. Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define requirements, prioritize work in an Agile setting, and drive performance and scalability improvements.

Serve as the dedicated HR partner for US-based tech teams, managing the full employee lifecycle, coaching managers, leading org design and performance calibration, administering Paylocity, performing HR data analysis and reporting, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
