Own full-cycle recruiting for regional sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline reporting, compensation explanation, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with sales leaders as a consultative talent advisor, maintain ATS data integrity, improve recruiting workflows, and support headcount planning. The role requires high-volume recruiting experience, strong sales talent expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a hybrid Boston environment.

Manages and grows relationships with automotive dealerships across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting new partners, providing on-site dealer support, analyzing market and competitive trends, promoting the brand, negotiating, and driving business results. The role requires daily field visits, a six-day work week, strong communication skills, auto finance or dealership account management experience, a valid driver's license, and residence near the territory.

Own endpoint, asset, and lifecycle management for the Boston office. Administer Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, JumpCloud, and Apple Business Manager across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. Provide troubleshooting, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, ticket management, documentation, and user support. Identify recurring issues, automate processes, maintain compliance and asset records, and collaborate on IT projects and process improvements.
