The Senior IT Manager will lead the IT department, develop strategies, manage a team, and ensure IT initiatives support business growth. Responsibilities include IT operations, security compliance, and managing IT resources across locations.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team with emphasis on backend architecture, PostgreSQL database design, API development and optimization, scalable distributed systems, code quality, and operational excellence. Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define requirements, prioritize work in an Agile setting, and drive performance and scalability improvements.

Lead a 10+ person vehicle title team to achieve operational excellence by developing KPIs, monitoring daily performance, coaching staff, ensuring DMV compliance, managing distributed (in-office, remote, offshore) workflows, analyzing Salesforce and Google Sheets data, and coordinating cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes.
