Provide technical and operational IT support for classified government/defense programs: install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, servers, and networks; apply patches and upgrades; manage accounts, backups, and asset inventories; coordinate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to ensure secure, compliant, and mission-ready systems.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components (catalog items, flows, PAD playbooks, workspaces, ACLs). Build reports/dashboards, perform unit testing and peer reviews, manage user roles/security, and support platform maintenance and stakeholder engagement within a DoD multi-cloud environment.

Lead hands-on administration of Windows and Linux systems with a security focus: automate tasks, monitor and respond to incidents, enforce RMF/STIG compliance, manage IS lifecycle and documentation, mentor engineers, participate in change control and audits, and provide team leadership and personnel management.
