Leads enterprise customer enablement and experience strategy across four divisions. Designs user research programs, synthesizes customer insights, builds multi-year digital and non-digital adoption roadmaps, and partners with digital teams to improve customer outcomes. Owns growth metrics including adoption, retention, engagement, usage, and expansion. Establishes research and optimization feedback loops, leads cross-divisional alignment, and builds a team of Customer Enablement and Growth Specialists.

Supports and optimizes HR technology by analyzing requirements, configuring HCM modules, developing tests, resolving production issues, maintaining data integrity, supporting integrations and reporting, and leading system enhancement workstreams. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders while ensuring privacy, security, governance, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Provides subject-matter expertise, coaches users and analysts, and applies responsible AI practices.

Build and extend SAP Commerce Cloud backend extensions, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities for multiple brands and storefronts. Diagnose production issues independently using logs, traces, and Dynatrace, tracing problems across storefront, service, persistence, and integration layers. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, estimation, Agile delivery, testing, feature flagging, and resilient error handling.
