Provides legal advice and coordinates legal matters for a global direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. Responsibilities include consumer protection, privacy, digital marketing, loyalty programs, commercial agreements, digital procurement, licensed partner programs, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and business teams across multiple countries to support compliant online retail and digital initiatives.

Leads procurement activities for technology development projects, coordinating Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams. Manages supplier relationships, procurement KPIs, cost and quality issues, sourcing strategies, supply chain risks, and continuous improvement. Supports New Product Introduction, supplier capability assessments, procurement process standardization, and cross-functional problem solving in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Leads the Americas search marketing function across paid and organic search, retailer platforms, and online marketplaces. Manages a multi-million-dollar investment, oversees a team of six specialists, develops regional strategy, drives commercial performance, and builds partnerships with eCommerce, sales, finance, operations, media teams, and external platforms. The role also develops testing roadmaps and prepares the organization for AI-powered and agentic search experiences.
