Teams at Legence

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition strategy across business units while managing a team of 3–5 recruiters. Advises business and HR leaders on workforce planning, market trends, hiring strategies, and talent attraction. Oversees recruiting operations, analytics, compliance, candidate experience, sourcing, employer branding, and executive reporting across professional, technical, and leadership roles.

Supports compensation program design, market pricing, benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, pay equity, reporting, and annual compensation cycles. Analyzes internal and external compensation data, develops recommendations, maintains dashboards and documentation, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Provides guidance on hiring, promotions, leveling, organizational changes, compliance, and audit readiness.

Build and deploy AI solutions across engineering and construction project lifecycles, including estimating, design, scheduling, procurement, field execution, and closeout. Train project teams, lead live-project pilots, configure agentic AI tools, integrate solutions with technology systems, apply governance standards, and quantify business impact. The role requires hands-on LLM development, technical implementation, project lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to support nontechnical teams in office and field environments.
