Provides white-glove technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mobile, software, telephony, and audiovisual issues. Manages tickets in JIRA, workstation deployment and repairs, onboarding and termination processes, hardware inventory, and vendor coordination. Supports Microsoft-centric environments and financial services applications while assisting VIP users. Requires on-site work five days weekly, weekend on-call participation, equipment lifting, and comfort working in IT closets.
