As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage customer relationships, drive satisfaction and retention, and build internal processes for scaling success within healthcare.

Work directly with health systems to validate, transform, and analyze large structured and unstructured clinical datasets. Build and operationalize ML/LLM models and pipelines, deliver data-driven insights to customers, collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success, and create reusable playbooks to improve clinical and operational outcomes.

Lead finance strategy and reporting: build financial models, analyze drivers of spend and growth, support fundraising and due diligence, partner cross-functionally, implement financial systems, and communicate with CEO and board.
