Own the full modeling lifecycle, including data discovery, validation, deployment, monitoring, and adaptation to late labels, sparse sessions, feedback loops, and market drift. Partner with business stakeholders and an ML engineer to scale production models and deliver measurable acquisition and ROAS outcomes.

Owns Launch Potato’s performance management, total rewards, HR compliance, manager enablement, people tooling, and a two-person HR team. The role leads performance cycles, compensation and benefits programs, multi-state compliance, calibration, manager resources, process automation, and team development. Success requires building durable people systems, improving operational leverage, scaling alongside company growth, and personally delivering work as a player-coach.

Own the full talent acquisition function, leading senior and hard-to-fill searches for an affiliate and performance marketing business. Build proactive sourcing pipelines, run searches from intake through close, improve recruiting playbooks and interview processes, create leadership reporting, and guide the Recruiting Operations Manager. Success requires strong performance marketing recruiting knowledge, independent judgment, measurable outreach, and strategic partnership with hiring managers.
