Lead the biostatistics function for clinical development, define statistical strategies and study designs, oversee programming and CRO deliverables, author SAPs and regulatory statistical sections, ensure CDISC-compliant submissions, mentor staff, allocate resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to support clinical trials and regulatory filings.

Supports and improves order-to-cash systems and processes, including platform administration, SAP OTC functionality, integrations, issue resolution, process analysis, and system enhancements. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and vendors to maintain system stability, improve efficiency, support launches, train users, and drive continuous improvement. Uses operational data, dashboards, process mapping, and project management practices to resolve root causes and deliver cross-functional initiatives.

Executes internal audit and advisory projects, supports Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, tests IT and automated controls, conducts operational audits, analyzes risks and data, tracks remediation, and coordinates with control owners, co-source partners, and external auditors. The role also supports continuous process improvement, audit quality initiatives, reporting to leadership, and mentoring interns. It is site-centric in Bedford, Massachusetts, with occasional travel to other company locations and events.
