Develop physics-based simulation software for nanoscale semiconductor manufacturing processes, including plasma etch and deposition. Build models for particle transport, surface chemistry, geometry evolution, and multiphysics phenomena; optimize algorithms for multicore CPUs and GPUs; validate predictions against experimental data; and collaborate with physicists, process engineers, and software teams. The role also involves software architecture, testing, technical publications, patents, and exploring machine learning and digital twin technologies.

Owns the security health of desktop software, web applications, and development pipelines. Remediates dependency vulnerabilities, maintains SAST, SCA, and DAST integrations, manages SBOMs, troubleshoots build and compatibility issues, and coordinates security reviews and exceptions between Engineering and InfoSec. Partners on penetration testing and vulnerability remediation while supporting Secure SDLC practices.
