As a Solutions Engineer, you will engage with customers to assess their needs, design tailored solutions, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continued success within our AI security platform.

The Solutions Engineer will be the main technical contact for customers, assist in onboarding, develop documentation, support product configurations, and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll act as a technical liaison, translating customer needs into solutions and supporting product implementations to ensure customer success with AI security.
