Teams at Laborie

Partners with maternal and child health teams and healthcare organizations to educate stakeholders on perinatal quality standards, guidelines, bundles, and toolkits. Supports policy and protocol development, quality improvement initiatives, data collection and evaluation, and outcome monitoring. Advises quality leaders and advanced healthcare providers while collaborating with sales and clinical education teams. Represents the organization in state-level perinatal quality groups and conferences.

Field-based clinical expert delivering evidence-based education, simulations, onboarding, evaluations, case coverage, and post-implementation support for Laborie's maternal and neonatal medical device portfolio. Partners with OB, labor and delivery, NICU, sales, medical affairs, and marketing teams to drive safe product adoption, utilization, clinical success, and account expansion. Requires extensive travel and strong documentation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Leads end-to-end SAP and IT project delivery from inception through hypercare. Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder communications, schedule and cost management, risk and change management, sprint facilitation, and coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners across locations and time zones. Travel of up to 30% within the United States and internationally is required.
