Administers, negotiates, and oversees government contracts and agreements in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies. Reviews solicitations, requirements, schedules, and contractual risks; supports proposal pursuits and pricing activities; advises program teams and management on contractual obligations; analyzes contract data; and manages competing priorities. The role requires interaction with U.S. Government customers and internal stakeholders, with potential mentoring and training responsibilities.

Designs, verifies, validates, tests, and supports FPGA and embedded systems. Responsibilities include digital system design, PCB layout collaboration, prototype bring-up, debugging, embedded SoC programming, functional verification, and testing. Requires FPGA flow expertise, VHDL or Verilog proficiency, simulation and verification experience, ARM or RISC-V development, and embedded C/C++ skills. Experience with ASIC/SoC implementation is desired, with cryptography, signal processing, navigation, communications, or hardware algorithm implementation preferred.

Manage U.S. Government prime and subcontract portfolios from proposal development through closeout. Administer cost reimbursement and fixed-price contracts, negotiate terms, ensure FAR and DFARS compliance, identify and mitigate risks, and support cross-functional business outcomes. The role requires strong writing, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer portals, and ERP applications.

Administer and negotiate contracts supporting technically challenging national security research and development projects. The role requires managing deadlines, maintaining accuracy, communicating effectively, and supporting government competitive proposal processes. Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations is advantageous, while strong Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency is essential. The position may provide an opportunity to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Develop, validate, debug, and support embedded FPGA designs using SystemVerilog or VHDL, Xilinx Vivado, UVM, and DSP algorithms. Perform simulation, verification, timing, power, and area closure for SWaP-constrained systems. Conduct laboratory debugging with Xilinx ILAs and standard test equipment, integrate FPGAs with sensors, and contribute to control-loop and filter implementations. The role is hybrid but initially requires onsite work at least four days per week.
