The Vice President manages forensic accounting and dispute consulting engagements, supervises and mentors staff, develops financial analyses, valuations, damages calculations, expert reports, presentations, and client proposals. The role involves advising attorneys, gathering and analyzing data, conducting client interactions and site visits, reviewing communications, managing project timelines, and independently delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight.

Develop and review financial valuation models for illiquid alternative investments using DCF, market multiples, transaction analyses, and option pricing. Conduct company and industry research, interview clients, support relationship management, and present valuation findings in reports and meetings. The role requires expertise in alternative asset strategies, financial modeling, market data sources, and strong communication skills.

Supports forensic accounting, valuation, financial analysis, investigations, and dispute consulting engagements. Responsibilities include reviewing financial records, analyzing datasets, researching businesses and industries, assisting with damages calculations, preparing workpapers and expert reports, and checking analytical accuracy.
