Build and manage Krisp’s global partner marketing program across distributors, BPOs, CCaaS platforms, CX providers, and system integrators. Develop partner positioning, co-marketing campaigns, enablement materials, events, customer stories, and brand governance programs. Secure partner funding, coordinate CRM attribution and reporting, and generate measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Collaborate across Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and Revenue Operations while scaling programs globally.

Own Krisp’s global brand and communications strategy across PR, integrated campaigns, executive thought leadership, organic social, and company storytelling. Lead campaigns from strategy through measurement, build media and agency relationships, secure high-quality coverage, shape executive narratives, and translate complex AI technology into compelling content. Measure brand awareness, share of voice, engagement, and campaign impact while partnering across teams and regions.
