The Client Transformation Director will lead a high-profile client implementation in the energy sector, manage multi-functional teams, and ensure successful technology and business operations transformation for utilities.

Serve as the technical product expert in pre-sales: lead technical discussions, deliver tailored demos and workshops, map client needs to Kraken solutions, author RFP/tender responses and sales collateral, answer technical queries, and collaborate across sales, product, and marketing to influence roadmap and support deal progression.
