Develop and maintain 18-month sales, inventory, receipt and shipment plans by classification; analyze POS and sales trends; prepare and present monthly consensus reports; collaborate with account, merchandising, and supply planning teams; provide standard and ad hoc reporting to optimize inventory and in-season opportunities.

Conceptualize, design, and produce brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital (ads, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, internal collateral). Collaborate with creative leads and marketing teams, interpret briefs, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and ensure consistency across brands.

Lead global IT strategy, delivery, and support for supply chain planning and manufacturing systems. Partner with business leaders to define priorities, deliver end-to-end implementations, govern application standards, and apply data, automation, analytics, and AI to improve planning accuracy, manufacturing visibility, and operational decision-making. Build and manage a global IT team, oversee vendors and system integrators, and own operational health, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
