Leads complex infrastructure migrations, systems integration, enterprise troubleshooting, security tool deployments, infrastructure-as-code automation, and performance engineering. Investigates outages using packet analysis, log correlation, and kernel debugging across Windows, Linux, and Cisco environments. Requires advanced network and systems expertise, federal or defense experience, high-level certifications, a technical degree, and Secret or potentially Top Secret clearance.

Designs and implements enterprise IT architectures for regulated government environments. Responsibilities include cloud and enterprise technology deployment, legacy application migration, infrastructure planning, STIG and RMF security implementation, ATO support, architectural documentation, and Agile/DevSecOps technical leadership.
