Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer. Proactively source and engage candidates, build diverse pipelines, manage 7–12 requisitions, and partner with hiring managers. Use AI tools to improve recruiting coverage, maintain accurate ATS data, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and uphold structured, objective hiring processes. The role requires strong prioritization, judgment, communication, urgency, and comfort working in ambiguity.

Leads client-facing AI engagements for life sciences organizations, from scoping and pilot design through delivery. Advises senior stakeholders, manages 3–5 concurrent engagements, coordinates product, data science, and analytics teams, supports presales and renewals, identifies account growth opportunities, and develops repeatable engagement frameworks. The role requires management consulting experience, life sciences expertise, AI or digital transformation pilot delivery, strong project management, executive presence, and approximately 50% travel.

Build and operate secure, scalable AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps. Administer and optimize Snowflake production environments, improve query performance, manage cloud and data-platform costs, and strengthen FinOps practices. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, IAM, RBAC, networking, and secrets management while aligning with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams. Use AI-assisted engineering tools safely for infrastructure, scripting, documentation, and analysis.
